Selected Work

A full remodel of a 1957 rancher, redesigned to make a small house work for a growing family. We reworked the kitchen and all three bathrooms and replaced or updated the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. We framed in the den to make a fourth bedroom with a large closet, and took down the wall between the kitchen and dining room to open up the main living space. Where we could, we kept the home's original character: the hallway bathroom sink, the built-in shelving in the kitchen and bath, and the refinished hardwood floors. We worked alongside a general contractor through construction, which gave us hands-on experience in project and construction management.
